Trauma and the Law: Applying Trauma Informed Practice to Legal and Judicial Contexts

This paper presents current research into the need for and implementation of trauma informed practice into legal and justice settings. While trauma-informed practice arose in the mental health sector, its uptake into the legal and justice sector is vital.
